Lack of focus on products customers would like to see Rexall to carry Unrealistic amount of computer training courses employees are required to complete Upper management making decisions that don’t make sense in store Years behind competitors implementing customer loyalty program Immense pressure on management/employees to sign customers up for loyalty program. Unrealistic targets set.
