      The workload is too much sometimes especially when the management favours other staff.

      Good benefits that you can get such as dental.

      Cons

      Some of the managers are hard to communicate with as they make up stories that "I have contacted X employee but X employee did not respond" even though the employee was not contacted. This results for the employee to receive a letter from the HR department stating that the employee can be terminated due to no report to the manager although it was in the manager's part who did not do her job properly and professionally.
