- Good health benefits - Flexibility in work hours - Stores generally have friendly and personable pharmacists (easy to work with) - Provides great training tools (courses and videos to go through from time to time) - Offers decent employee discount

Cons

- A lot of times, management will have to do everything: cash, merchandising, filling in to cover shifts, routine cleaning, etc. which can be exhausting at times, and can derail you from your true tasks as a store manager - Higher price range in comparison to competition - Underdeveloped official website
