Not worth working for a company that only cares for the bottom line

Pay as pharmacist is slightly higher than other companies. Tradeoff is that they work you to the bone.

Cons

Management does not care about the workers, only the bottom line. No future goals, constantly shifting targets so that manager's can never meet their targets
