Salary is high and script counts are generally lower than competitors. Good availability of working hours can work up to 60-70 hours per week if one desires it. They invest in the pharmacy and patients.

Cons

Upper management is poor. Pharmacist is not usually surrounded by a lot of staff/support due to lower script volumes. This means pharmacist spends time doing non pharmacist roles (cashing people out, stocking drug walls etc). Upper management have issues with starting projects that are ill advised or timed. Feels like head office literally comes up with initiatives all the time to look busy and useful.
