Pros

There are none that I can think of

Cons

- CEO's and executives have no respect for the employees are themselves. -They give false promises to employees - There is a lot of favouritism - There is a lot of harassment, bullying, and accusations. - Management is not trained - New employees are easily replaced and replaced by family and friends - No growth within company or promotions - Rexall IS NOT a family but a social media head quarter

Pros

-Nice coworkers -Benefits ok. - Great job for hard workers, who like (and can handle) a very busy environment

Cons

- DO NOT report anything to HR. They'll sneakily (and often unlawfully) find a way to fire you - The company covers up everything, racism, sexism, work place harassment, injustice... it's scary. You have no rights and they know you can't lawyer up against a giant corporation... so they abuse it. - If you're a (black) minority in this company... please be careful. it goes deeper than being "overworked" (which we often have no problem with at all, we work HARD, and clinically smart, as we study HONESTLY for our licensing exam) . -They bring untrained new grads (from one specific race) who have no experience AT ALL.. and make them managers over you. THEN they force you to help train them, you will basically manage the store entirely, but they will NEVER give you a management position. There are really dark things happening within this company that anyone who brings attention to gets fired.

Pros

You get an employee discount card. That's about the only good thing.

Cons

I don't know if this was only at my location, but we were overworked. Every evening I worked, it was only me, the manager or a key holder, and the pharmacist to manage the entire store. The pharmacist managed the pharmacy, the manager or key holder was usually in the office doing god knows what, and I was expected to do stock, be the cashier, customer service, and clean. I was overworked to say the least and it was stressful. But I was a teen and kept my mouth shut. But then they decided to hire another assistant manager but instead of adding more hours they took the 40 hours away from me and the other regular workers. So now instead of 2-4 shifts a week, I was rarely even getting one. And that's just one problem. This store was tiny and yet they sent us way too much stuff and expected us to somehow have it all out, the break room was smaller than the bathroom, and I usually didn't even get to have my breaks. One of th assistant managers was just terrible. One time I needed to go to the bathroom so I let the assistant manager know and she said she would cover the till for me. So I'm taking a dump and I hear the bell at the till. At first I'm not worried since the assistant manager said she would cover. Then I hear it again. And again. So I begin to rush and get out there and see that there is people waiting at the till and the manager is nowhere in sight.
