Pros

Personal Development, Independance, guidance, ability to truly make the business your business in all aspects including staffing, merchandising and ordering. For a true leader this is a Great Place to Work, but you do need to buy into it and perform all aspects of the role with integrity. The Company has made great strides in correcting previous wrongs in Leadership and it shows at store level.

Cons

Training program still needs work. The job can be long hours but the Company does stand behind what they say as far as putting people first.

there are no pros to this company.

Cons

management had no clue what they were doing and forced us (the minimum wage) postal clerks to do all of the paper work. I had worked there for 2 months and had to do the paper work everyday because everyone else was incompetent:/ hated it. management sucked.
