Staff discount ..pretty laid back .. One of the easiest jobs I've ever had by far

4 hour shifts every day to get your hours in almost makes it feel like you live there.

Great infrastructure -- good software to handle dispensing, documented standard operating procedures.

Cons

Labour allocation -- Does not provide adequate staffing based on how busy the pharmacy can get. Need to provide appropriate number of Pharmacy Technicians and assisstants to ease out workload on pharmacist on duty.
