Pros

Majority of the customers are very friendly, patient and interactive. Coworkers and employees are very friendly and helpful. Also, great retail experience to gain if you’re interested in pursuing a career in this field!

Cons

Being a newly hired employee is really a disadvantage. Hours are determined by seniority; the longer you work there the more hours you get. Because of this, I rarely get scheduled to work which is frustrating. Some weeks i don’t even work at all! I only get my hours when I’m called in to cover or given extra shifts which is helpful but is also unfair to me because i can’t be on standby at all times. Other than this everything else is fine!
