Union made it so I didn't lose my job when I was injured and couldn't come into work for a couple of weeks Employee discount was good and helped you figure out costs of stuff

Cons

Management was a bit overbearing, but my old manager is retired now Only 4-5 hour shifts and very unpredictable schedule
