- Ambitious tasks - Smart people around - boost of product ownership skills as you need to think a lot in terms of business value

Cons

- Sometimes deadlines might be very tough which shifts work/life balance to work/work - Not neccessary a con but worth to mention backend apps use internal framework which isn't well documented -> you should be fast learner to deal with that - Compensation is above average though not a top (unless you are on b2b)

In software engineering in Revolut, I feel a lot of camaraderie, it's easy to get help and you're never alone stuck on a problem Competitive pay, especially considering stock options, as the company grows fast and there is a lot of room to grow The development stack is nice. Pretty modern, we use a lot of interesting designs. I believe, it's a good place to learn as a software engineer, especially if you have some holes in your game you want to polish. You get real responsibility early on

Cons

Deadlines can be tight and priorities sometimes change quickly. I think, it's unavoidable if we want to grow quickly, so it's fair The live-coding interview can be tough if you're not used to it I felt that background checks were a bit invasive
