      - Good engineering culture (iOS) - Ambitious colleagues - Useful and evolving product

      Cons

      - Everyone is in a hurry even when there are no external commitments, it's just a part of the culture. - Some people manage the constant stress worse and release it to their colleagues.

We have all necessary policies including Performance Management Policy in place to make sure we treat every employee fairly and with the respect of the local law. Our Performance Improvement Plan is a tool to remediate underperformance as determined by an employee’s line manager, functional manager, or Performance Committee. Thanks to that we can understand what's the reason behind bad performance and provide the employee with the support to achieve their performance expectations. We wish you all the best.

      Perculiar compay with great benefits

      Pros

      They pay. A lot. Mid salary is above max senior bar for some companies. Open and straightforward management, Very collaborative colleagues. Multinational environment. Fancy technology stack. They have GCP, kotlin, microservices and so-on, together with Revolut's brand makes it great for CV-driven development. No red tape.

      Cons

      Learning opportunities and career growth. For me, other companies offered much more senior positions with concentration on high-level design and some leadership responsibilities. Revolut sees me as feature builder, working on quite fine-grained tasks, comparing to my previous job. Feels a bit like downgrade from that point. Threre's non-competition agreement in-place, you might want to read it before signing the offer. It's fast-paced but also chaotic, you might face things like no clear definition of done or things like that. Despite overall level is quite good, this is not top pick if you want to see smartest people around.
