Pros

Just money minded people can join.

Cons

No job security, no support in training, no proper training sessions, no one available for help when you are a fresher. You need to do it all alone and after 3 months they will kick you out if the targets are not met. If you have responsibility of your family, no need to join such organization who don't care about your job OR consider to give you a chance to prove yourself. They do have a knife in hand which will always be pointed on you to meet their third class quality requirements in which the common sense is not used and if you fail to meet, they will show you the door out of the organization. The cherry on the cake is the leaders are only for showing your quality score and they are always on vacation, when it comes for guidance, they will only guide you to meet the quality score and no help OR training.

Pros

The product is good enough

Cons

Be prepare to do everything manually. As an AE you do the job of a BDR/SDR then Account Exe then Account manager. Icing on the cake nothing is automated. For a company that size it’s unacceptable. Spoke to some colleagues who finish their day at 8pm because of everything it takes to do anything. Most likely you’re team lead doesn’t know more than you about the product and processes so a small question can turn into 3 or 4 pages of confluence reading. They should have team leaders who have done the job and know the processes. That is the bear minimum. Shark minded company is the best description that I’ve got. However, don’t believe me and try it for yourself. You are allocated a country to work on but every body is working outside their territory in countries like Cyprus etc. You’ll figure why….

Hi! Thank you for your review! We're sorry you're having such a poor experience with us. At Revolut we support each other individually and professionally, across teams and departments. We are inclusive, approachable and interested in our colleagues’ work, especially if they need our help or expertise. Our team is our most precious asset, and we never compromise on talent. We select, coach, and retain the top talent and give them all the support to achieve greatness. Revolut is known for its Never Settle and Get it Done values, which are two things that draw many people to the company, along with its fast-paced, innovative environment. We want to encourage people to thrive on these values, while also maintaining a healthy work/life balance, being aware of the signs of burnout, and looking after their own wellbeing. Please make sure that you’re airing your concerns internally through the available channels. We take all feedback seriously, and we're constantly working on making Revolut a great place to work. We wish you the best.

Pros

Remote work, bi annual bonus in some roles. some extra days off given by company policy, health insurance. their own App free Metal subscription. You should only work here if you plan to take a mortgage and need good income to show for your bank. otherwise - don't

Cons

They overwork people. They now have established procedures and manuals which EU employees pretty much created and neat , and more and more focus on hiring india employees and vendors, with whom it's very hard to work. diffeent work ethic / knowledge gaps. Annual salary review policy is a joke. In performance reviews the 'high scores' are rated in points like "is able to manage and drive to success 1000 people team" no matter in what role you are you get same questionaire. so your ability to be a strong performer as an analyst is evaluated by your ability to manage teams and "projects that have company wise success impact" etc. which is a framework designed to never give good evaluations for the regular employees.- and in conclusion not to adjust salaries regardless of inflation. The work you get in a simple analyst role as junior or mid - equals to work that in other companies a senior role would be doing. Like preparing data reports, meeting managment, creating and working on additional projects. None of this will be openly disclosed in an interview, they won't even know what part of business line you will be covering as QC when you are being employed. Expected productivity target is counted as 100% on productive tasks only (if lower - it becomes a problem) this is not counting all the additional communications that require time etc. (meanwhile other companies usually count it as ~85% of the time) The pay was competitive 2 years ago when I joined. but the way how it is not adjusted, the overworking people is a legitimate open culture in the company as "they value dream team exceptional performance" etc etc. and "never settle" I wanted to find a company where I wanted to stay for many years, know people etc. but here the turnover of people is super high even though the training time is even insanely long.
