Pros

None, maybe a nice mug when you onboard but that's it.

Cons

Outdated sales methodology - you're given Salesforce and SalesNav, no other tooling. Poor leadership - not personal, lack of development and you're just a number here. Toxic sales culture - everyone in it for themselves, typical FinBro sales floor. No collaboration - cross departmental support is poor, everyone stays in their lane. Onboarding was outdated - material was nearly two years old and the buddy system is bad. False advertisement - you're actually a glorified SDR as their are no Mid-Market territories and everyone is allowed to go after whatever company they choose.

Pros

Remote flexibility and high comissions

Cons

Worst culture I’ve ever seen. I’ve never experienced such a toxic and psychologically unsafe environment. There is no real communication, no space to grow — only pressure, fear, and micromanagement. Leadership lacks empathy and basic human decency. You're expected to perform from day one with zero support, and any mistake is treated as a failure rather than a learning opportunity. Targets are unrealistic and constantly shifting, designed more to push people out than to drive success. They hire fast and fire even faster — everyone operates under stress and fear, constantly wondering who’s next. Avoid if you value your well-being, growth, or dignity.

Pros

Still touted as one of the best neobanking startups globally. Possibility of an IPO in near future means employees with ESOPs can get lucky.

Cons

Very bad culture. Managers just care about getting their work done. There are zero conversations about personal development, career progression, etc. It's a hire and fire culture. In the last 2 years I have seen way too many people get fired all of a sudden.
