Good payout structure, especially for night shift allowances, along with attractive quarterly incentives. The management is also very supportive and approachable, creating a positive work environment.

Cons

The only aspect worth mentioning is that the company is very particular about KPIs; however, this is expected in any organization since performance is directly tied to the role and compensation.

- Results can be seen quickly, as teams are pushed to achieve goals and solve problems, always being ambitious - Lots of learning opportunities with L&D system and from colleagues - High talent bar in staff, and highly motivated - makes it an inspiring place to work - Being part of a company that's growing so fast, and changing the game of finance is very exciting - Structured quarterly feedback allows for progression and career growth is a clear path - Possibility to grow and move roles internally (after 1 year I have succeeded in moving roles, to follow the path I was aiming for)
