Pros

Great office, great product and great technology...... that's all

Cons

The most Awful experience of my life! the current senior management its a massive disgrace for Revolut. Arrogant and aggressive people with zero knowledge! they just pretend to be on top of everything without any back ground. The Legal, the operations and the customer support are a cancer for this company! they constantly lie to everyone! and most important they treat employee like peace of meat! to live in peace there you have always to say yes to their incompetence! otherwise you are just a problem to eliminate. Zero work/life balance, Zero culture and Zero Values! its a dangerous place to work at!

Toxic and individualistic culture

Pros

The challenging experience of working on a good product

Cons

Revolut’s success-oriented culture is based on pitting employees against each other to achieve their own KPIs. If you’re looking for a collaborative environment that thrives on teamwork, I would really avoid this place. It’s an unfriendly and a mostly hostile place to work that’s relentless and has inhumane values. That’s from someone used to working in fast-paced and high-pressure environments

Pros

Decent salary, wfh policy and international workmates

Cons

Work culture is heavily dependent on the team. Certain central teams have good culture that promote growth India team culture is awful. The product being launched is mediocre at best. Certain people do bare minimum work with fat pay checks and all they do is actively engage in politics to keep their job. India team is the perfect exaggerated representation of big corporates with zero tech company ethos. In my time here, I have seen examples of every kind of -ism at workplace that it is hilarious at this point how such highly educated people engage in these kinds of casual discrimination. Even though there are experienced folks most of them lack leadership skills. Throwing people under the bus, harassing folks to the point of bullying is a common place. Filled with pencil pushing middle managers and folks who want to save themselves at all costs Do not make the mistake of joining where neither the work nor the culture is good. The attrition rate of India team is so high that the execs have to be blind to not know the culture problem. The team doesn’t set you up to succeed in a role and literally lies through the teeth in the interview process about the work expectations
