      Solid Foundations: Revolut is a powerhouse in the fintech space. It’s a stable, "solid company" that provides a sense of security while still operating with the agility of a startup. Exceptional Culture: The best part of the job is the people. Everyone is incredibly "willing to help," which makes navigating the high-speed environment much easier. Benefits & Growth: The benefit packages are competitive and well-thought-out, adding real value to the overall compensation. Sense of Purpose: There is a genuine sense of pride in being part of a team that is actively disrupting the financial industry. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the place to be.

      Cons

      Training Gaps: While the culture is supportive, the "Business As Usual" (BAU) training could be more robust. New starters or those moving into new workflows would benefit from more structured onboarding to hit the ground running more effectively. Work Intensity: Because it is so fast-paced, it may not be for everyone, but if you’re driven, the pros far outweigh this.

      Pros

      Revolut operates at a pace that traditional banks can't touch. If you are someone who hates bureaucracy and loves seeing your ideas go from a whiteboard to a live product in weeks (or even days), this is the place. You are encouraged to "Get It Done." Secondly, the on boarding team is great by their knowledge and they give you everyday a little bit more energy and motivation to always push forward

      Cons

      This environnement is very challenging so you better enjoy having to push yourself everyday.... I do.
