Pros

Generally good atmosphere, a lot of events and free food

Cons

It really all depends which Team Leader you have. I got a Team Lead who was polish and was unable to speak in english, A2 level more less. They are firing everyone that they are afraid of. That is terrible and dishonest

Hey, thanks for your honest review. We’re disappointed to hear about your experience, and want to reassure you that this is not representative of our company values. Our operational language is English, and we expect all our employees to have great language skills so that they can effectively communicate across the board. We encourage you to get in touch with us directly to have a chat about your experience and how we can avoid issues like this in the future.

Pros

Opportunity to be creative and work on projects.

Cons

Worst company culture. No recognition. Bullying from top management and employees that care more about stepping on you to advance rather than helping.

Don't believe the hype!

Pros

Good money, massive earning potential, if you get lucky. No micro management.

Cons

Firstly, they make out that they only want high performing sales people, which is a joke in itself. I'd say 90 percent of the sales team don't cold call and hide behind LinkedIn and email. This role is purely a numbers game. The people doing well are simply sourcing loads of leads and spamming them with messages or adding them into (terrible) email cadences. The volume of recruitment tells you everything you need to know. There is zero collaboration as nobody wants to share how they do things. This is because everyone is in the same boat and you can be out the door as quickly as you were in, just by having one poor quarter. Zero job security. Not a good place to work. Don't value their staff. Managed to win an employer reward, but only because noone has been there long enough to leave a proper review
