      Higher salaries than other cx support jobs, but with other cons

      + salary higher by 100-300 euros than other similar jobs; + (before Covid times): plenty of office food and snacks with everything that you could imagine, plus pizza Fridays; + challenging and cool environment;

      Cons

      - work exhaustion related to job role; - overly polite/rigid office atmosphere at times; - diminishing of transparency from top to bottom levels due to complexity and nature of the structure / corporate politics;
