As we are a young business, we still work on improving some of our processes to make sure we offer the best possible experience to our Revoluters. Our People team works hard to ensure salary & benefits competitiveness across markets, although we're obviously in a very competitive market. We regularly assess and compare our people's pay to adjust it to the current benchmark.
