      The company is dynamic and energetic, possibility to work flexible hours, mostly great atmosphere inside the company

      Cons

      not clear how to reach promotion, some people managing little team on a mid position because senior position is not unattainable, communication between departments can be difficult, not easy to gathering information from the different departments
