      Great employer for flexibility and comp, but still unorganized in HR matters and somewhat inefficient in some procedures

      Cons

      Stock option bonus only for most positions (not adequate anymore given last valuation offers limited upside) Lack of benefits in Spain (absolutely none) despite hundreds of employees Lack of inter-department coordination sometimes
