Good managers and training. Specialised grassroots systems. Huge commission opportunities.

Cons

The quality and compliance are extremely strict and can lose you commission if you fail 2 calls out of 10. If you get unlucky and don't secure enough GP annually you will be let go just before probation ends.

* Successful business * Talented and motivated people

Cons

* unmanageable work load, there is no way you can grow unless you work overtime. Management keeps giving low performance grades even if you have done well with non transparent calibration process to push you to work more * All the communication is top down, there is also not a lot of creativity or freedom given in building and designing solutions. * No sense of safety if you do mistakes
