Pros

The salary is significantly higher than the average for similar roles. Revolut offers a genuine work-from-home policy, which is a massive perk compared to other companies returning to on-site work (although if you prefer, you can go to the office). If you put in the work, growth happens fast. I transitioned from a simple support role much quicker than I anticipated. Hard work is consistently noticed. My performance and contributions were always recognised by my Team Lead and in performance reviews (bonus). The work mindset here is strong and high-energy. Makes the hard work feel natural and motivating.

Cons

While my schedule improved as I grew, starting out with rotating shifts and night work can be a challenge for work-life balance (mainly support roles). The "Get It Done" hard-working mindset is great for growth but can be intense for those not prepared for a high-performance culture.

Pros

-The organization provides a supportive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth. -I have been given opportunities to take on greater responsibilities and develop professionally. -The team culture promotes knowledge sharing and continuous learning. -Management shows trust in employees, which motivates us to perform better. -The transition to a senior grade reflects the company’s recognition of employee contributions.

Cons

-More face-to-face gatherings or meetups could be organized to strengthen team connections. -Increasing cross-country in-person meetups or initiatives could help employees learn about different cultures and working styles. -Organizing more team-specific meetups could help improve bonding and collaboration within teams. -Creating hobby groups on Slack for informal interaction could allow employees with similar interests to connect and engage occasionally. -Introducing additional platforms for employees to share ideas and innovations could add even more value to the organization.
