Pros

Salary Work from home Extra benefits Good trainers Work equipments

Cons

Some terrible Team leads Flexible timings only on paper (you will have to work more hours) Your learning graph will depend on whether your TL likes you or not. Some TLs give their analysts time to learn, some expect perfection from day one. Some directly tell you they don't want you in their team on the very first day. No response to any complaints made

Pros

- Transparent - Clear targets were set and how to achieve them - Massive support from stakeholders and managers to get things done

Cons

- Working as an SME, I would have loved to take more time in addressing risks at a deeper level rather than rushing through for operational efficiency
