Pros

Hard work is compensated and it's a privilege to work wit such brilliant minds across all departments. The growth of Revolut also means there are significant internal opportunities. If you and the Dynamic pace of Revolut are a match the only way is up.

Cons

It is very fast paced and you are expected to own your role 100%. Just Get it Done mentality. Although this is a perfect match for my profile it may not fit everyone.
