Pros

* Incredible growth trajectory ( you learn more in six months here than in two years elsewhere. * Dynamic team and great remote - work flexibility ( supportive management and a team that genuinely helps each other out during busy shifts ) * Competitive salary and performance based bonuses

Cons

*The pace- the environment is very fast paced and the workload can be a little heavy during peak times. *Constant change- processes change frequently as the product evolves.

Pros

Zero Politics: This is the least political company I’ve ever worked for. If you want to build a feature or move a metric, there are no excuses and no corporate games. People here care about the objective, not about looking busy or playing favorites. True Meritocracy: You are 100% evaluated on your results. If you’re a top performer and you deliver, you’ll grow faster here than anywhere else. It’s a "Get It Done" culture through and through. Impact & Scale: It’s incredible to see how the company’s results directly reflect the hard work you put in. You’re not just a cog in the machine; you’re actually driving the ship. Talent Density: You’re surrounded by incredibly smart, driven people. It forces you to level up every single day. Flexibility: While the work is intense, the remote-friendly policy actually works well if you know how to manage your own time.

Cons

Intensity is real: The "fast-paced" label isn't just marketing, it’s the reality. If you value a slow, predictable pace, you won’t like it here. Work-Life Balance: This isn't a 9-to-5 where you can coast, and because the culture is so results-driven, it’s easy to find yourself working long hours to hit targets. Constant Change: The company pivots fast. Processes or products that worked three months ago might be obsolete today, which can be frustrating if you prefer stability over agility.
