      * Very good career path and speed for high performers * Lots of responsibilities from day0 * Lots of impact from day0 * Steep learning curve * Remote or office, as you want is best perk ever for me * Surrounded by dedicated people * good $ and bonus

      Cons

      * It is not for people that do not want to be fully dedicated to what they do. You will need to invest more than 8 hours a day for sure if you want to excel
