Salary Equipments Remote Job Leaves Time to Serve Notice in Existing Company

Cons

No clarity, everything is dependent on pages. Just navigate navigate navigate. All the 2nd level in each department are so confused. Even if you ask any question during presentations check pages 'We are not sure' or Raise Ticket we will answer you. The worst part for every department is separate portals. Not under one umbrella. Checking quality scores in .00 points. Their metric is if you achieve 99.99% still you are a low performer. Just hiring and throwing out. No stability in Job.

Too many to mention but I’ll cover the headlines Senior Management (sales) utterly useless and completely incompetent. Have no idea how to sell to enterprise customers and should not be put in front of a dog let alone a customer. Every answer they give sounds like something from ChatGPT, loads of buzzwords and no substance. They decided to focus on enterprise customers, all great in theory until you are speaking to the FD / CFO of an enterprise and telling them why they should move their banking services to Revolut. Without thinking they can list off 20 reasons why the will not, now or ever and they are all valid reasons.
