      Pros

      Open, purposeful, persistent company with big ambitions and a cool product. Nice culture, constant development, great colleagues.

      Cons

      A bit chaotic environment, it is not always clear who is responsible for what, technical requirements are often not well developed, there is little understanding of why Agile is needed in SDLC.
