      Pros

      - Great company culture (not overly formal atmosphere, direct chat messages (Slack) instead of e-mails, people being direct and open, having a fresh look at things and being excited about creating new products, no micro management, flexible hours, possibility to work fully remotely, fair and objective promotion process) - Competitive salary and benefits package (including being able to work 60 days per year in other countries - I don't think any other bank has that) - The company being new, all systems are very modern, linked with each other, they feel good to use compared to some older bank technologies elsewhere - Very dynamically growing company, great possibility for career development and learning

      Cons

      - Workload will depend on the current headcount of your team. If your team will not have enough members, you will have to do a lot until they are hired. Otherwise, the work-life balance should be good, as it is in my case. In general the customer facing/product teams tend to have a higher workload compared to other functions, it's always best to ask about it during your interviews.

      Workload is a bit overwhelming at some point, but totally manageable and the managers help a lot with prioritisation and how to manage stress
