      Pros

      I had applied through one of the job portal. Had an excellent experience in all the aspects which includes initial discussion with the HR about the profile and fitment. Apart from that fixing up the interview schedule and aligning with different functional heads, stake holders, meeting the timelines, questions, profile info , job responsibilities discussion, etc overall all above 5 stars.

      Pros

      Onboarding process is very good and smooth, My recruiter was very helpful, lot's of good new implementations being done at the company from hybrid work policies to some good emphasis on work wellbeing

      Your work and team culture will depend alot on your specific team and manager. Overall most are good.

      Incentive on performance, paid leaves and pan India approach.

      Cons

      No proper working time for operation executive you have to work 24/7 some times. Multi tasking not in a good way its like burden sometime. you have to perform many thing in a time. sometime you have to do sales, labour work also. Actual working not match with the JD. No fun activity and encouragement session in Branch.
