      1. Very nice Company 2. Taking care of all employees health and family health 3. Helping to employee in their bad situation. (example my mother is hospitalized so company has given me loan as per my requirement ) 4. Always thinking to do any creative things (awards/ rewards/ etc) for giving encourage to employees and making them stress less.

      Pros

      Company is growing and going digital. Great Co workers Provides regular communication, listen to and consider new ideas. Company understands work - life balance and respect that. Our clients are top name brands and company having wide range of network and reach. This is a place what we can genuinely call " 2nd home " and many employees have been here for a long time like me as 16 years are running.

      Cons

      No Company is perfect and requires continuous improvement based on the feedback from employees... 1 thing I would like to change is the office infra... the place where we spent major of our time. Need little comfort and amenities to enjoy your working time. Few designations are not loaded with enough work and few designations are overloaded... Need intervention and distribution has to be perfect.
