      1. Innovations and technology wise a great company 2. Customer satisfaction is very good 3. Training on operations and technical part is good

      1. Basic Facilities and welfare scheme are very poor for management employees. 2. Salaries are not linked with growth and performance specially at mid level managers. 3. Poor on policy making on reimbursement, incident handling for front line worker. 4. On compliance and statuary process are very poor.
