diversity Good bennies Good pay If you show ability you will get oppertunities If you build a good staff you can be very flexible with your own schedule

Cons

upper managment is reactive. Constant change in company vision High prices and low ownership for customers leaves you feeling empty. Credit and sales goals do not work together and cause conflict with customers
