Pros

Weekly pay is about the only upside I can think of at the moment. And the ability to get out on your own and not be confined to a desk all day.

Cons

The time required is too demanding sometimes. Nothing ever goes as planned due to poor management which cuases for extended time to be spent completing tasks that could have been completed earlier. Obious corruption in money handling that places other workers in jeopardy. Favortism toward certain co-workers and customers.
