- they dream about latest technology (ceo, vps and management) and create unrealistic plans and the results are very bad - they aren't realistic about development/implementation time and request a job to be done in the time they imagine, not in the time estimated by the hired experts. they don't listen to their employees and don't say no to anyone in management who comes up with an unrealistic idea - chaotic management leading to disastrous results - they don't have a strategy, everything changes from month to month - they have no vision, no transparency and no culture
