      With Renault comes: 1. 100 years of proven brand-name 2. Tremendously strong foundations of Automotive Industry 3. Edge in competitiveness 4. Very high standards towards Quality 5. Highly standardized approach for Vehicle Development

      1. Renault is bit conservative outside its home country that is France 2. Renault is resistant in adopting English as global working language - French in must 3. Very less employee empowerment

      Pros

      You are surrounded by passionate people. You can change your job every 3 years and discover new fields. You can work on some of the most exciting projects in the automotive sector right now: Electric vehicle and Low-cost products.

      Cons

      Human resources management is known to be very weak. Dont expect your bonus and salary to match your performance. The last year I worked for Renault, my performance level was ranked as "outstanding" (2% of the employees get this rating) and my salary increase was 3% (below the average level of the company).
