      Pros

      The company has innovative programs with an interesting working dynamic. Liberty and entrepreneurship are present in the Electric Vehicle program, where I developed my activities.

      Cons

      Some employees are not flexible and very attached to standard procedures, reducing the innovation capacity of the company. As any big industry, inertia and procedures may reduce the dynamic needed to innovate constantly to face competition.
