no pay for overtime.. if you insist too much about payments for overtime. probably you loose your job. if you request off days instead of payment. ratio is 1-1. 1 off day for 1 holiday work. Performance measurement is just a routine procedure. it is done because it has to be done or just forced by HR. There is not really a difference on points you receive between a bad or good year. The management sometimes listen you because it is forced by HR or something else. But they wont take actions againist your problem. Actually they create more problems.
