      Pros

      It is in F1. There is a great sense of team work. Of all the companies I've ever worked at this one has the least politics. You get to see the result of your work on the TV at the weekend.

      Cons

      F1 budgets are not what they used to be, but this does make us find new ways to be innovative.

      Excellent brand and learning curve, visionary top management

      Cons

      No connection between top management and small offices - company policy rampantly disregarded in small offices. Lot of favoritism for unexplained reasons and shockingly incompetent people. Lot of fishy affairs not traced by head offices and HR.
