- Lots of area for progression. - Free company car for managers and up. - Good workplace events. - OK pension. - Company seems to be growing at the moment. - Workers are very experienced and knowlegeable.

Cons

Currently work in the same job but a different company, so the difference: - Very low pay, I currently make 10k more for the same job at a different company. - Very high workload. I frequently worked past my hours (3 to 4 days a week) with many employees doing the same as well as working on the weekend. - Managers and other workers doing multiple roles due to no wanting to hire more people.
