Pros
You can find people who are willing to help you, even in weekends or in holiday. A good place for a fresh graduate.
Cons
If you come here to do the job that you are employed to do, it's not going to happen. You receive tasks that doesn't concern you, you have to do other people's job, there are a few people in the team so the work volume is higher and higher, no one ask you if you like what you do, you can't say no if you don't want to take over a position, you just have to do it, the salary is ok in the beginning but it stays approximatively the same for years ( maybe 5% raise once a year).
