      Management is supportive and very helpful in difficult situations. The work environment and colleagues are ok. If you do your job right and a little bit over, you will have your chance to promote (if you are a career oriented person you will have no problems), Christmas, Easter, performance, vacation bonuses and other depending on your level in company. Vacation Tikets, meal tickets (now digital).

      Cons

      A little bit overloaded at work and this disrupts the work life balance. The salaries are a little bit in the past vs other companies.
