Pros

Opensource, good proportion of kind people and awesome engineers, stable and non-demanding (if this is your goal).

Cons

Yet all experiences depend on the team. Little salary (less then the amount of work demands), great pushback against hard and proper work with a straightforward goal which logically should be rewarded. The idea of “find yourself something to do” is leading in management heads, while new and fresh ideas are getting generally little support, because of overwhelming pickiness of engineering and no strong management lead.
