CEO doesnt value the whole of the company, only interested in engineering function. Thinks he can replace everyone else with AI bots

Incompetence at its finest

Pros

Work from home, smart colleagues

Cons

Management, especially middle/up (sr mgmt to sr director) make non informed decisions, no medium/long term vision, lack of ability to think through: decisions are impulsive and they shut down any attempt of discussion or feedback. Micromanagement, useless and manual tasks, bad management of resources. Allow customer to being abusive, get support with no entitlement and ignore the policies. SME and experts treated like level 1 support there to please customers. No research, no data no tools: the reality is “give the customer what they ask” with all the consequences it has.
