Pros

Good pay, interesting technology, lots of clients everywhere - users just don't know it. They say they are open, encourage suggestions and change...

Cons

But they're not. It's an old company, most managers have been around some time and don't want change. Extremly focused on short term cash. No real local precense, only sales offices. They cannot even sign an employee contract in country. The play a lot of games to avoid legal precense in countries, to avoid taxes.

Pros

Working Environment: fun, fast-paced, opportunity to travel Free food on most days somewhere in the office Great office space

Cons

Low salary. Had to leave because it just wan't competitive enough. Promotions are based on who you are friends with-- not merit based. People in leadership never move-- and often have no idea what they are doing.
