- Chances to work on different projects and technologies - Remote and flexible work

Cons

80-90% of folks working in consulting are white, and the majority are male. Favoritism plays a big role in your daily work. A white man's opinion can place you at the risk of being bullied by the whole group if you are a minority. So it may be better to find a job at a company that is truly diversified.

Cons

Old "open" culture conflicts with new growth realities and is not sustainable. It is bogged down with agendas and purist thinkers unable to work outside a well-defined box.
