This company is like a spider’s web, with the bosses at the centre, ensnaring the underlings in their toxic web of abuse and politics. They manipulate and control their prey, always looking for ways to edgy them out and maintain their power. The air is thick with tension and fear, as the underlings walk on eggshells, never knowing when they might fall prey to the bosses’ wrath. In this company, loyalty is demanded, but never reciprocated, and those who dare to speak up are quickly silenced. It’s a place where the bosses reign supreme, and the underlings are left to suffer in their shadow.

Failure to care about their employees. Do not do right by them. Total lack of appreciation of employees their efforts and results. Would be nice if they lived up to the reputation they try to promote.
