      Some good folks in the ranks.

      Cons

      Very toxic, backstabbing, hyper political, clique based, hostile environment. Gossip, slander, lies, permeate the management and hard work, performance and truth don't matter. Not worth the aggravation, stress, and effort to work against it.

      If you're a (white) man, it's a great place to work. Good solutions, great colleagues.

      Cons

      They just hate women. Don't hire them to senior positions, don't promote them, and actively make them feel unwelcome when they start outperforming the men.
